All products are handmade therefore there could be some variation in design.
Colours on screen may differ to actual product colours.
Each product is unique and handmade with variations in the colour/pattern placement, therefore there is no guarantee of ordering exact patterns or the same as the image shown.
Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the words below have the following meanings
’We’, ‘My’ ‘Me’ ‘I’ relate to Steph’s Woven Textiles
‘Conditions’ mean these terms and conditions
‘You’ and ‘your’ means the customer
Orders
You as the customer are responsible for checking and confirming all personal details and product(s) are correct before ordering.
Please check all details before you order including measurements, features, aftercare, delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse supply of products to an individual or company.
We have the right to cancel your order if we have insufficient stock.
We have the right to cancel your purchase if we do not deliver to your area.
Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it.
Your address and contact details are required to be able to place an order.
Copyright
The website in its entirety are property of Steph’s Woven Textiles - Steph Frayling, acknowledgement of images, text, design, products and weaves are protected by copyright, design rights and other intellectual property rights. Any infringement of these rights will be treated seriously.
Ownership
Steph Frayling - Steph’s Woven Textiles belongs entirely to Steph Frayling. The website not in its database but the design, images, products, names and logos belong to Steph Frayling and any other collaborators.
Returns
Unfortunately we don’t offer a refund or exchange on any of our products or services. Unless something is faulty - on which please make contact immediately after receiving by emailing stephfrayling@gmail.com
Shipping
Free UK Delivery on all orders using Royal Mail - we aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days.
Delivery is 2-5 business days in the UK.
Delays with Royal Mail delivery could incur, and are out of my hands. You will be notified once your order has been shipped. Please let us know if your order is urgent and we will try our best to arrange this for you, please note this will incur a higher delivery cost.

With the new General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) in force, unfortunately we can no longer send to European countries or Northern Ireland. If you continue to place the order it will be cancelled.
Other Rest of the World Countries can order through the website, charged at £10 shipping. I will contact you once the order is placed to confirm the shipping price (higher or lower) which will need to be paid before an order can be shipped.
Steph Frayling of Steph’s Woven Textiles is not responsible or liable for import/custom duties on International Shipments. You as the customer are responsible for any duties to be paid at the point of entry into the country. You shall not be entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen custom duties, once sent out.
Products
Please note that while the colours displayed are as close a representation as possible, slight variations in the actual product may occur.
Every care is taken for each product and thoroughly checked before being sent out.
All dimensions on the website are approximate but may vary marginally up to about 5%.
Aftercare
Products are handwoven in a mixture of merino wool, cotton, wool and lambswool. If your product needs to be washed please only hand wash in cool water using a delicate laundry cleanser. Do not agitate the fibres, particularly lambswool and do not wash for too long. Leave to air dry, do not apply direct heat for too long. If you would like any more information on looking after your particular product please do not hesitate to ask.
Aftercare of woven wall hangings
Leave the weaves 'flat' to relax, they may need straightening out or brushing down particularly the tassels.
If the ties on the back of the dowel are showing on the front of the weave they can be pushed down to the back, by sliding the knots away from the front and towards the back of the woven piece.
You may very gently steam the piece if needed.

Payment
All transactions are in pound sterling, prices on the website do not include delivery until checkout. Online payment is secure, we accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX.
No binding contract will exist until we have full payment and have accepted your order.
Bank transfer or cheque is also accepted please contact us via email if you would prefer to pay this way at stephfrayling@gmail.com
Please note your order will only be sent out after the money has been received.
Commissions
Production of commissions to be accepted via email along with an invoice, before commencing with a 50% deposit to be made. Once full payment is received the item can be sent out for delivery.
Negotiations of a commission to be made in written agreement only not verbal.
Exact copies or replicas can’t be made for some commissions as they are ‘one off’s’ designed and made purely for that client. Please discuss any ideas or designs you like with me. Free quotes can be provided, please head to the bespoke page.
Packaging and recycling
We use recyclable cardboard boxes, along with recyclable tissue paper. Every effort is made to reduce waste when working, using offcuts and yarn to make smaller products like tassel keyring's and scrunchies.
Smaller items may come in padded envelopes (not recyclable).
Privacy and Data
I, Steph Frayling run Steph’s Woven Textiles.
Any data or personal information that is given to me will not be sold, traded, rented or passed on at any time. My WIX website is a password protected website and only controlled by myself.
When placing an order your name, address, email and mobile number will be needed in order to send out your order and to contact you with invoices and any issues that may arise.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to read and accept the terms and conditions upon use of the website each time.
